• Coordinate and conduct property tours for potential buyers and renters, providing a polished and informative experience.
• Communicate with clients to schedule showings that fit their availability and preferences.
• Assist with staging properties to highlight important features and improve appeal.
• Provide detailed information about properties and respond to client questions during viewings.
• Gather and record feedback from clients after showings, promptly sharing insights with the lead agent for follow-up.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current listings and market trends.
• Ensure property security after showings by locking doors and activating alarm systems as needed.

• Possession of a valid New York State Real Estate License
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related industry
• In-depth understanding of the Massapequa real estate market and nearby regions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing client relationships
• Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational capabilities
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Skilled in utilizing real estate software and CRM platforms
• Access to dependable transportation and a current driver’s license
• Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends to meet client demands
• Maintains a professional appearance and conduct
• Strong ethical standards with a dedication to protecting client confidentiality

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
