Responsibilities

  • Facilitate property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
  • Liaise with clients to arrange showing appointments, accommodating their schedules and preferences.
  • Support property staging efforts to effectively showcase key features and enhance marketability.
  • Deliver comprehensive property details and address client inquiries during showings.
  • Collect and document client feedback post-showing, promptly relaying information to the lead agent for appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the local real estate market, including active listings and prevailing market conditions.
  • Secure properties following showings by properly locking doors and activating security systems as required.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid New York State Real Estate License
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related industry
  • In-depth understanding of the Massapequa real estate market and nearby regions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing client relationships
  • Highly detail-focused with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Skilled in utilizing real estate software and CRM platforms
  • Access to dependable transportation and a current driver’s license
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends to meet client demands
  • Maintains a professional appearance and conduct
  • Strong ethical standards with a dedication to protecting client confidentiality

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
