As a Showing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to showcase properties to potential buyers in a way that is captivating and creates a lasting, positive impression. You will assist our real estate agents by conducting property showings, ensuring that our clients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about the properties they view. This role is commission-based.

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch 
• Property Showings: Accompany real estate agents to property showings, providing a warm and engaging presence.
• Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, answering questions and addressing concerns during property tours.
• Property Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the features and benefits of each property to effectively communicate them to potential buyers.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with real estate agents, providing feedback on client reactions and preferences.
• Organization: Assist in coordinating and scheduling property showings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and agents.
• Follow-up: Conduct post-showing follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any additional questions they may have.

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
