KW Everett is seeking a committed licensed Showing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team in Everett, WA. • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Track tasks and activities in Command

• Enthusiastic about engaging with people and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections
• Friendly and optimistic demeanor
• Comfortable with extensive driving throughout the day
• Capable of assessing clients’ preferences and effectively aligning them with suitable properties
• Eager to learn and grow continuously
• Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of achievement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid real estate license

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
