Key responsibilities center on proactive outbound sales activities, including:

  • 📞 Initiating cold calls to generate leads and close transactions.
  • 🚪 Conducting door-to-door outreach to engage potential clients.
  • 🏡 Hosting open houses to create authentic, face-to-face connections.
  • 🤝 Cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships through active, in-person sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
