Primary duties focus on proactive outbound sales efforts, such as:
- 📞 Making cold calls to generate leads and close deals.
- 🚪 Engaging potential clients through door-to-door outreach.
- 🏡 Hosting open houses to foster genuine, face-to-face connections.
- 🤝 Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent, in-person sales activities.

Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
