Are you a newly licensed agent or in the process of getting licensed in Colorado? Looking for a fast-track entry into real estate with the hands-on support of a high-performing team? The Hudson Stonegate Team is hiring for motivated, licensed professionals who want to learn the ropes by working alongside an experienced lead agent.

This role is ideal for new or growing agents who want to gain practical experience by assisting buyers in the field, learning the local market, and developing client service and negotiation skills. You’ll be directly partnered with a high-producing team agent to support their active buyers — a perfect stepping stone to becoming a full team agent down the line.

As a Showing Assistant, you’ll benefit from mentorship, training, accountability, and consistent opportunities — all while earning income and building your career foundation in real estate.

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Take part in team events according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
