Kickstart Your Real Estate Career as a Showing Assistant with The Hudson Stonegate Team – Denver

The Hudson Stonegate Team is seeking motivated, licensed agents who want to gain hands-on experience while working alongside a top-producing lead agent.

This role is ideal for newer and growing agents looking to sharpen their skills by guiding buyers through home showings, deepening knowledge of the Denver-area market, and strengthening client service and negotiation techniques. You’ll partner closely with an experienced team member, assisting their active buyer clients — an excellent launchpad toward becoming a full team agent.

As a Showing Assistant, you’ll benefit from ongoing mentorship, targeted training, clear accountability, and consistent opportunities to learn and earn — all while building a strong foundation for long-term success in real estate.

Must hold an active Colorado real estate license.

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Take part in team events according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
