Responsibilities 

• Graduate from our personalized Agent Launch program 
• We have an 86 day launch to greatness that teaches you all you need to know to be a gritty, successful Realtor in this current market. The average agent according to National Association of Realtors closes 3.4 transactions in 2023. 
• Mastering our proven buyers presentation & offer systems will place you in position for multiple buyers 
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, follow up & convert leads! 
• Let's be clear, succeeding in real estate requires grit, consistency and determination. This is ONLY if you plan to show up and work hard! 
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients! 
• Becoming a student of the game and mastering the residential purchase agreement (RPA) 
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly 
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes 
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers 
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology 
• Conduct two open houses weekly 
• Get certified in our Open House Certification Course 
• Host 6-8 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance 
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call 
• Take tracking your metrics, showing up seriously because this is your career, not a hobby! 
• We will show you best practices for time management 

Qualifications 

You are a motivated Realtor that is willing to learn and hungry for success! You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. You have the desire to not only grow professionally but personal development as well. You're passionate of not only helping others build wealth through estate but for your own family as well!

• High School graduate 
• Team player 
• 2+ years of real estate sales experience (MUST BE LICENSED)

$30,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
