Responsibilities
- Successfully finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Work alongside sales agents to support clients in locating ideal properties
- Provide detailed written feedback to assist clients in narrowing their search preferences
- Prepare and negotiate offers for sales agents and clients
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols
- Join team activities in line with team standards
- Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Log tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Passionate about interacting with individuals and adept at cultivating and maintaining professional connections
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- At ease with frequent travel by car
- Proficient in discerning clients' needs and aligning them with appropriate properties
- Dedicated to ongoing education and development
- Motivated with a proven history of achievements
- High school diploma required
- Must hold a valid real estate license
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
