Our team, consisting of 10 top-performing agents collaborating with PLACE, is excited to welcome 1 or 2 motivated agent partners ready to thrive with personalized mentorship and committed support.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work a top sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Help with writing and negotiating offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Host open houses at a high level
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
