Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch training program
- Assist sales agents in helping clients find their ideal homes
- Offer detailed, written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours a week to lead generation
- Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Engage in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Log tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- MUST BE LICENSED OR HAVE PASSED YOUR REAL ESTATE EXAM
- Excellent people skills and a knack for building relationships
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Eager to keep learning and growing professionally
- Comfortable with spending a lot of time on the road
- Skilled at understanding clients' needs to find the perfect properties
Compensation
$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
