As a Showing Assistant, your responsibilities will include coordinating and conducting property showings, attending inspections and walkthroughs, preparing homes for client visits, and ensuring every interaction exemplifies our dedication to outstanding service. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the buyer’s journey while honing effective strategies that drive success in the real estate industry.

Important: This role is commission-based, with compensation tied to completed transactions rather than hourly pay or per-appointment fees.

• Finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Work alongside the team owner to help clients discover the right homes
• Provide detailed written feedback to confirm or refine clients' home search criteria
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Allocate a minimum of 3-5 hours each week for lead generation
• Participate in weekly script practice following team protocols
• Join team events in line with team expectations
• Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Log tasks and activities through PLACE Technology

• Possess an active Colorado real estate license
• Past experience of real estate sales
• Proven track record of success
• Work in person in our Westminster office daily
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Upbeat and cheerful demeanor
• Comfortable with extensive driving
• Skilled in assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties
• Eager to learn and grow
• Driven with a demonstrated history of achievement
• High school diploma or equivalent

$14.42 - $40.00 USD Hourly

This is a commission based position.
