This is a full-time, commission-based role, with earnings realized upon the successful closing of each deal. It’s an ideal opportunity for a driven, professional individual eager to learn from a Realtor known for outstanding service, integrity, and strong client connections.

• Active California Real Estate License
• Member of the Board of Realtors
• Access to the MLS and Supra Key
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE CRM system
