Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-production real estate business within the Livian Vermont platform
  • List, market, and sell homes while leveraging operational and administrative support
  • Negotiate contracts and guide clients through complex transactions
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and production tracking through Brivity CRM
  • Mentor and support developing agents within the organization
  • Contribute to leadership initiatives and long-term strategic growth of the team

Long-Term Opportunity:

Senior Agent Partners operate at the highest level of agent partnership within Livian Vermont, combining production, leverage, leadership, and long-term wealth building.

Many Senior Partners expand beyond individual production by:

  • Hiring leverage roles such as personal administrators or showing partners

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license with a strong history of production
  • Consistent lead generation and pipeline management habits
  • High standards for client service, negotiation, and communication
  • Leadership mindset and desire to help develop other agents

Compensation

$135,000 - $235,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
