Responsibilities

  • Graduate from the Level Up Group Launch Program
  • Execute Level Up Group lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, recommend and show homes
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Qualifications

You are curious, humble, compassionate and driven. You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional. You do not like to lose. You are excellent at building rapport, identifying the needs of others and developing solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally to you. You are a clear communicator and strong listener. You have a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Track record of closing $10M+ per year in volume
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$100,000 - $500,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
