You will provide leadership and mentorship to team members, develop and implement effective business strategies, foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, utilize data and systems to drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction. • Successfully complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program
• Collaborate and assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Offer comprehensive, written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team standards
• Actively participate in team activities according to team guidelines
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, regular training, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
