Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
  • Perform in-depth market analysis to keep abreast of property values, emerging market trends, and competitive listings, providing clients with the most current information.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive property listings, complete with high-quality photographs, detailed descriptions, and accurate pricing information to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, striving to secure the best possible terms while strictly adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Organize and manage property showings and open houses, offering potential buyers thorough and informative tours of available properties.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Leverage marketing tools and social media platforms to effectively promote property listings, drawing in potential buyers and sellers through targeted campaigns.
  • Lead Support Staff as appropriate by Strategic Partners standards and expectations.
  • Be an Exemplary Example for other agents on the team and within the industry.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$204,000 - $400,000 USD Yearly
