At Dan Realty Group, agents with over 3 years of experience consistently achieve annual earnings exceeding $100,000, with our top performers earning between $150k and $200k+ per year.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching
- Make outbound calls to leads & sphere contacts
- Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching
- Follow a structured sales plan
- Hold client appointments and build relationships
- Use our CRM (Brivity) for daily follow-up
- Participate in team events, open houses & challenges
- Build a predictable book of business through consistency

Requirements
- Full-time commitment only

- Valid driver’s license

Compensation
$100,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
