What You’ll Do

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

• Place and remove yard signs and lockboxes for all listings
• Ensure listings are properly set up, maintained, and taken down on time
• Coordinate and complete running tasks while homes are active on the market
• Deliver client gifts, closing gifts, and special touches on behalf of the team
• Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact when interacting with clients
• Support agents and leadership with errands and time-sensitive tasks
• Provide support at all client events regularly, willing to take on a variety of responsibilities that may be needed, from greeting clients to ensuring hospitality is felt by all attendees. 
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding task completion and timelines
• Represent The Pace of Richmond brand with care, professionalism, and warmth

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and remove lockboxes and signage
• Deliver gifts, materials, and supplies to clients and listings
• Assist with listing prep and post-close tasks
• Assist with client events as needed. 
• Maintain organization and accountability for assigned tasks
• Provide timely updates and communication to leadership

$13.00 - $15.00 USD Hourly
