Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Place and remove yard signs and lockboxes for all listings
- Ensure listings are properly set up, maintained, and taken down on time
- Coordinate and complete running tasks while homes are active on the market
- Deliver client gifts, closing gifts, and special touches on behalf of the team
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact when interacting with clients
- Support agents and leadership with errands and time-sensitive tasks
- Provide support at all client events regularly, willing to take on a variety of responsibilities that may be needed, from greeting clients to ensuring hospitality is felt by all attendees.
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding task completion and timelines
- Represent The Pace of Richmond brand with care, professionalism, and warmth
- Role averages 10-12 hours a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and remove lockboxes and signage
- Deliver gifts, materials, and supplies to clients and listings
- Assist with listing prep and post-close tasks
- Assist with client events as needed.
- Maintain organization and accountability for assigned tasks
- Provide timely updates and communication to leadership

Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills
- 21+ years of age
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly, professional, and client-oriented
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented and task-driven
- Learning-based and coachable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift signs/lockboxes and work outdoors as needed
Role averages 10-12 hours a week.
Compensation
$13.00 - $15.00 USD Hourly
