We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own client base, helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, and guiding them through the entire real estate process. • Generate new leads and build and maintain relationships with clients
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters

• Advise clients on market conditions and property values
• Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Use marketing tools and strategies to promote properties and attract new clients
• Attend industry events and network with other real estate professionals

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent
• Proven track record of successful sales and client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

$85,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
