Responsibilities
- Execute a structured weekly lead generation plan
Replace “random activity” with consistent prospecting designed to create predictable appointments. - Improve conversion through coaching and script mastery
Refine your current skill set so more conversations turn into signed agreements. - Consult and represent active buyers and sellers
Run buyer and listing appointments with coaching support when needed. - Host open houses and in-person prospecting events
Accelerate face-to-face lead generation to grow pipeline faster. - Apply team tech, checklists, and workflows
Work within proven systems to increase speed, consistency, and client confidence. - Perform at a professional cadence
Show up to team training, coaching calls, and accountability sessions that drive growth. - Negotiate offers, objections, and timelines like a pro
Advance your negotiation skills with guidance, templates, and review support.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license with 2–8 closed deals (or comparable experience)
- Competitive, self-driven, and no longer interested in “part-time outcomes”
- Comfortable prospecting and willing to follow a proven schedule
- Coachable and committed to skill improvement — not finished learning
- Organized, systems-minded, and accountable to structure
- Strong communicator who enjoys client-facing work
- Seeking a team because you want scale, not survival
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
