As a Real Estate Agent with Alpern & Mesenbourg, you will work with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in guiding clients seamlessly through every step of their real estate experience.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch program.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Consult with prospective tenants, identify their needs, and guide them through the rental process.
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Conduct a minimum of two open houses per month to showcase available rental properties.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions to refine communication skills.
- Engage in team activities as per team standards to foster collaboration and support.
- Commit to specialized coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Call sessions to enhance expertise.
- Consult with property owners, convert leads into listings, and effectively market rental properties.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, working effectively alongside colleagues.
- Licensed real estate professional
- 1 year of real estate experience is a PLUS but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey information and negotiate agreements.
- Learning-based and growth-minded, always seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring efficient management of client relationships and rental property transactions.
- Willingness to learn and master scripts and dialogues to enhance communication skills and increase effectiveness.
- Excellent time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
