Responsibilities
- Get the party started by generating new leads and building a thriving client base through a variety of channels like networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Showcase your charm and charisma during property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, making every interaction with potential buyers a memorable experience.
- Become the life of the transactional party by advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics that leave everyone smiling.
- Impress clients with your knack for preparing and presenting offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements that seal the deal with style and finesse.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with local real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team to keep the excitement flowing.

Qualifications
- A valid Georgia Real Estate License
- A proven track record of success as a real estate agent, with a focus on growing your business and enjoying the ride.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset that shines on both solo missions and when working collaboratively with the team.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to turn objections into opportunities with a contagious enthusiasm.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate CRM systems, online marketing platforms, and other relevant tools that help you dazzle clients and make your business sparkle.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while enjoying every step of the way.
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
