Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the Greenville area.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
- Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of South Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
