• Host two open houses per month for predictable business growth
• Convert prospecting efforts and inbound leads into appointments
• Participate fully in all team meetings, standards, and accountability activities
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and partner calls
• Consult with buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey
• Write, present, and negotiate competitive offers
• Track activities and clients using our team’s technology and follow-up systems
