• Show up. We meet Monday-Friday at 9am
• Commit. Graduate from our LAUNCH program which is a 12-week on the job training program. The goal is to complete this program with at least 2 homes in escrow. This program will give you fundamental knowledge and our team will give you the rest.
• Make Calls. Call prospective clients, your family and friends.
• Track Your Activitiesto ensure success (we provide the best in class system for this)
• Be Accountable. Commit to 1:1 coaching sessionswith our Director of Sales.
