• Your Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Upbeat and positive demeanor
• Comfortable with extensive driving
• Proficient in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties
• Eager to learn and grow
• Demonstrated ambition and success
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Open to personal and professional development
• Real estate license (Required to join the team, but not necessary to apply!)

$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
