• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and property trends in the Georgetown area
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Brickhouse Real Estate office and various locations
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain and update client databases and property listings using company CRM systems
• Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients
• Attend Team Meetings on a weekly basis.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Kentucky
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Georgetown and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards
