The Showing Partner is more than just a “door opener.” You’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and our team—building relationships, guiding home tours, and ensuring every step of the buying journey feels professional, supportive, and seamless. In addition, you’ll actively generate new business through lead generation activities, making you a key contributor to the growth and success of our team.

This role is commission-based with no earning cap, and it offers career growth opportunities to expand into full-time sales, leadership, or other advanced roles.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

This is a commission based position.
