Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule property showings with clients, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
  • Assist clients during property tours, providing detailed information and answering questions about the properties.
  • Communicate effectively with the lead agent to relay client feedback and any potential interest in properties.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for property listings, including brochures and online content.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including current listings, market trends, and neighborhood information.
  • Ensure properties are in optimal condition for showings, including staging and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Support the lead agent with administrative tasks, such as updating client databases and preparing documents for transactions.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of New Jersey
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proven experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with technology and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and a passion for real estate

Compensation

$50,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
