This role goes beyond typical support duties—it's a hands-on, immersive experience designed to teach you the business inside and out while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Team: Lead clients through property tours with energy, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Maintain Momentum: Collaborate closely with lead buyer agents to schedule showings, unlock properties, and gather essential client feedback.
• Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver a personalized, five-star experience to every homebuyer from beginning to end.

Please note: A valid real estate license is required.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$30,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
