Just a heads up: this role is commission-based, so your hard work directly pays off.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging with people and a strong commitment to building and nurturing long-lasting professional relationships within the real estate industry.
- A genuine passion for helping and supporting clients, combined with a dedicated focus on personal and professional growth in both real estate expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Highly people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse clients and colleagues in a positive and approachable manner.
- Consistently maintains a positive, upbeat, and friendly attitude, even in challenging situations, to foster trust and rapport with clients and team members.
- Willingness and physical ability to spend extensive hours driving throughout the local area to meet clients, show properties, and attend appointments, demonstrating flexibility and stamina.
- Strong analytical skills to carefully assess and understand clients’ unique needs, preferences, and financial situations, enabling the effective matching of clients to suitable homes and properties.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development, actively seeking out training opportunities and staying current with market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Highly ambitious and self-motivated, with a proven track record or clear potential for achieving success in a competitive sales environment.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to pursue further education and certifications as needed.
- Possession of a valid Washington State real estate license is required to officially join the team; however, candidates without a license are encouraged to apply as training and licensing support will be provided.
Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
