Responsibilities
- Your Strengths: You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships. You are passionate about assisting others and dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Upbeat and positive demeanor
- Comfortable with extensive driving
- Proficient in assessing client needs and matching them with suitable properties
- Eager to learn and grow
- Demonstrated ambition and success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Open to personal and professional development
- Real estate license (Required to join the team, but not necessary to apply!)

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
