As a Showing Agent, you'll work closely with our sales agents to help clients find their dream homes. You'll provide detailed feedback on properties and help write and negotiate offers. You'll also generate leads and participate in weekly script practice and team activities, as well as commit to weekly coaching sessions, trainings and partner calls. You'll track your tasks and activities using our advanced PLACE Technology system.

We're looking for someone who loves working with people, has a positive attitude and is committed to their own growth as well as that of their clients. You should be people-oriented, a high school graduate with a real estate license, able to spend time driving, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. With ambition and a proven track record of success, you're ready to take your real estate career to the next level.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

$45,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
