• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation systems
• Engage with buyers to secure signed agreements and identify suitable properties
• Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into client appointments
• Participate in regular script practice and circle prospecting sessions
• Collaborate in team activities and attend weekly coaching and training sessions
