As a Showing Agent, you will collaborate with our sales team to guide clients in their search for the perfect home. Your responsibilities will include providing feedback on properties, assisting in negotiation of offers, and spearheading lead generation. You will engage in regular script practice, team activities, and commit to ongoing coaching, training sessions, and partnership calls. Your progress and tasks will be organized through our innovative PLACE Technology system.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• Must have current North Carolina real estate license
