• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to fully grasp their real estate goals and preferences. 🏡🤝
• Host property tours and open houses to effectively present available listings. 🏠🔑
• Advocate for clients by negotiating purchase agreements and contracts to achieve optimal terms. 📄✍️
• Keep informed on local market trends, property values, and community developments. 📊📈
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure seamless transactions. 🏦🔍
• Compile and deliver comprehensive market analysis reports to guide clients in making well-informed choices. 📑📉
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate records of all transactions and communications. 💻📋

• Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with Chandler, AZ, and surrounding areas preferred
