• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Manage and update client databases and maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with Chandler, AZ, and surrounding areas preferred
