Your Opportunity
Job Summary
The Julie G Homes Group @ KW-Austin Portfolio Real Estate is transitioning from a solo-agent model to a team in order to serve more clients at a very high level; and to create a community of like-minded professionals who can support each other on their career and wealth-building journeys.
You will be my first team member. This is an extremely important role. I will provide a collaborative and supportive environment where you can learn from my 15 years of experience and be a founding team member.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position. There is a base salary, and there is also opportunity to earn bonus and commission for meeting sales and growth related metrics.
As an associate, you will receive ample training in the team's systems and processes, and gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in real estate sales, client relations, and market analysis. Additionally you will have the opportunity to evaluate the team's systems and make them better and more efficient.
At the beginning you will learn the sales and operations systems of the business while supporting the growth of my production; and by end of 12 months you can become eligible to transition to a Sales Agent or an Operations Ninja. Both paths are critically important to the success of the team.
This is a role that involves two different personality types. I recognize that, and I need both types of people on the team. That is why there is the opportunity at the end of 12 months to specialize.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
- Assist with showing properties to buyers and collecting feedback.
- Conduct open houses and client tours.
- Help manage buyer and seller communications, ensuring a top-tier client experience.
- Learn and assist with pricing strategies, market analysis, and negotiations.
Marketing & Listing Support
- Coordinate with the team's VA and marketing coordinator to generate Marketing Materials for listings, including property flyers, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with the team's VA to manage MLS listing input, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and staging.
- Work with marketing coordinator to strategize and implement digital and print marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Complete tasks as needed, such as picking up and delivering keys and documents from listings , clients and title companies.
- Maintain CRM systems and organize client databases.
- Assist with transaction coordination and contract management.
Event Planning & Business Growth
- Plan and execute client appreciation events, networking gatherings, and team-building activities. Put your creativity to work with my budget to make our team environment and client experience fun and memorable!
- Coordinate vendor partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications
Who You Are
- A licensed real estate professional.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn from a top producer.
- Comfortable with in-person client interactions, with people of all walks of life, from college graduate first time homebuyers, to CEOs and founders.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excited about growing into a long-term role—whether in sales or operations.
Who you are NOT
This role is not for you if:
- You are looking for a strictly 9-to-5 job with no evening or weekend work.
- You want a fully remote position and dislike in-person client interactions.
- You are not licensed (or not actively working toward your real estate license).
- You prefer a highly structured, corporate environment rather than a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
- You dislike running errands or handling logistical tasks outside of traditional sales.
- You are not comfortable being on the frontlines with clients, handling showings, open houses, and events.
- You want immediate high commissions rather than a gradual, learning-based compensation model.
- You are resistant to coaching, feedback, and learning new systems.
- You are not a self-starter and need someone to constantly direct your tasks.
- You prefer to work alone and are not interested in collaborating with a team.
Compensation
$30,000 - $48,000 USD Yearly
