Responsibilities

  • Shadowing/Training: Learn industry-leading practices through hands-on training and role-play sessions.
  • Lead Generation: Execute our proven lead generation systems to maximize opportunities.
  • Open Houses: Host engaging open houses to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Communication: Build rapport and convert conversations into valuable appointments.
  • Teamwork: Participate in team activities to foster camaraderie and collaboration.
  • Coaching/Training: Benefit from weekly coaching sessions and engaging training opportunities.
  • Consultation: Guide buyers and sellers through the home-buying and selling process with expert care.
  • Home Selection: Identify homes that meet clients' needs and secure signed agreements.
