💼 Your Key Responsibilities:

Coaching & Accountability

  • Facilitate weekly one-on-one and group coaching sessions centered on lead generation, script mastery, database management, pipeline oversight, and closing techniques.
  • Develop tailored action plans aligned with each agent’s objectives and ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Train agents on effective time-blocking, prospecting methods, follow-up protocols, and buyer/seller presentation skills.

Training & Curriculum Management

  • Manage the onboarding process and 90-day ramp-up period to accelerate new agents’ path to production.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver targeted, practical, and impactful sales training on a weekly basis.
  • Lead engaging team meetings and hands-on workshops that foster a culture of discipline and accountability.

Agent Growth & Recruitment

  • Empower agents to build their personal brand, business acumen, and confidence by leading through example.
  • Enhance recruitment efforts by providing an exceptional coaching experience that drives measurable results.
  • Spot emerging leaders and support their development in scaling teams or mentoring peers within the company.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align coaching initiatives with broader sales and growth goals.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs related to production, training participation, and agent engagement.
  • Play a vital role in cultivating a winning culture where excellence is the norm.

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
