The Good Home Team is seeking a high-performance Productivity Coach to develop, mentor, and scale up real estate agents across our growing team. 💼 What You’ll Do:
Coaching & Accountability
- Lead weekly 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on lead generation, conversion scripts, database systems, pipeline management, and closings.
- Build personalized action plans based on agent goals and hold them accountable to execution.
- Train agents on time-blocking, prospecting, follow-up systems, and buyer/seller presentations.
Training & Curriculum Execution
- Oversee onboarding and 90-day ramp-up for new agents to get into production fast.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver tactical, relevant, and impactful sales trainings weekly.
- Run high-impact team meetings and working labs to build a culture of consistency and accountability.
Agent Development & Recruiting
- Help agents build their own business, branding, and confidence by leading from the front.
- Support agent attraction by delivering a world-class coaching experience that gets results.
- Identify rising leaders and help them scale teams or mentor others within the organization.

Team Collaboration
- Work alongside our leadership team to align coaching strategies with sales and growth objectives.
- Monitor and report weekly KPIs tied to production, training attendance, and engagement.
- Be a key driver in shaping our agent culture, where winning is the standard.

Experience leading a team or coaching agents is a strong plus.

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
