Our Productivity Coach program is meticulously crafted to assist real estate professionals at every stage of their careers, whether they are just starting out or are experienced veterans. The program focuses on enhancing concentration and establishing robust accountability frameworks. Designed for seamless integration by agents within the Market Center, it offers a comprehensive business foundation through our exclusive educational resources.
The primary goal of the Productivity Coach is to uplift the team by recruiting top-tier talent, boosting daily productivity, providing essential training, and ultimately increasing the Market Center's profitability.
Responsibilities
- Attract new sales talent to the team
- Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
- Become an expert on KW Technology
- Participate in KW Everett Leadership Development program
- Engage in KW Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Maintain existing and create new campaigns
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
Qualifications
You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you have the ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities. You are on a path to be the CEO.
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals

- Able to build and lead a team
- Real estate license
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
Compensation
$65,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
