• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Use PLACE lead generation tools consistently each week
• Meet with buyers, help them sign agreements, and find the right homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers with confidence
• Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses every month
• Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
• Get involved in team activities and support your colleagues
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and promote their homes
• Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing services to help sellers succeed
