Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Use PLACE lead generation tools consistently each week
- Meet with buyers, help them sign agreements, and find the right homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers with confidence
- Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses every month
- Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
- Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
- Get involved in team activities and support your colleagues
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Work closely with sellers to secure listings and promote their homes
- Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing services to help sellers succeed
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales enthusiast with a friendly, competitive edge
- Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions
- Comfortable and confident in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally skilled at handling objections with ease
- Clear and effective communicator who genuinely cares about providing great service
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Has at least 1 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Open to learning and growing continuously
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Happy to learn and use scripts and dialogues
- Manages time efficiently and effectively
Compensation
$100,000 - $199,900 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
