Responsibilities

  • Meeting with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Scheduling and conducting property showings, providing detailed information about each listing.
  • Providing clients with insights into current market conditions, comparable properties, and pricing trends.
  • Assisting buyers in crafting and negotiating offers to purchase properties.
  • Guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote listings, including online listings, open houses, and social media campaigns.
  • Offering recommendations for home staging and improvements to maximize property appeal.
  • Coordinating and conducting showings and open houses, collecting feedback, and maintaining communication with clients.
  • Assisting sellers in evaluating and negotiating offers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Following up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships for future business.
  • Utilizing real estate software, CRM systems, and marketing tools to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Demonstrating strong negotiation skills to benefit clients in both buying and selling scenarios.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Working independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Being flexible and available to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation

$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
