Description
As a Listing Specialist, your priority is to provide a 5-star experience for sellers from the first conversation to the closing table. You’ll advise on pricing, staging, marketing, and negotiation strategies that position homes for maximum visibility and top-dollar results. You’ll also collaborate with our experienced operations and marketing team to ensure your listings shine across every channel.
While your core focus will be on sellers, you’ll have the freedom to:
- Work with buyers directly if you enjoy the balance, or
- Refer buyer clients to our Showing Partners or Buyer Specialists, allowing you to focus exclusively on listings while still benefiting from referral income.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, designed for an agent who wants to build a high-volume, sustainable business with the backing of a trusted team.
Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Seller Experience Certification to master proven systems and deliver top-tier results for clients
- Proactively generate and convert listing opportunities through prospecting, networking, and diligent follow-up
- Sharpen your skills through weekly script practice and role-play, aligned with team standards
- Engage fully in team activities to strengthen collaboration and achieve collective goals
- Commit to ongoing growth by attending weekly 1:1 coaching, team training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Leverage world-class systems, technology, and support staff to maximize efficiency and client service
- Expertly guide sellers through every stage of the listing process—from preparation and pricing to marketing, showings, offers, and closing
- Deliver a 5-star experience with outstanding communication, tailored marketing, and skilled negotiation that builds client trust and loyalty
- Track all client interactions and activities in PLACE Technology to ensure accuracy, accountability, and seamless follow-up
Qualifications
- You are a driven sales professional with a competitive edge and a passion for real estate
- Skilled at building rapport, listening deeply, and offering solutions that meet clients’ needs
- Prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities are your natural strengths
- Confident in overcoming objections and guiding conversations to successful outcomes
- A licensed real estate professional (or actively pursuing licensure—ask us about our scholarship program to help you get there; licensure required before hire)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Flexible and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
- Growth-minded and coachable, eager to learn scripts, dialogues, and proven systems
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- A self-starter who takes ownership and consistently follows through
- Committed to delivering 5-star client experiences that lead to repeat and referral business
Compensation
$69,077 - $204,926 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
