Alexandra Bobrow, a leading agent in Austin’s real estate market, is looking for a licensed, detail-focused Executive Assistant to manage property showings, coordinate listings, handle client communications, assist with marketing initiatives, oversee operational duties, and perform daily administrative tasks. This position is perfect for a polished, proactive individual eager to advance their career as part of a thriving and high-achieving real estate team in Austin.

• Host buyer showings; prepare and secure properties
• Provide showing feedback and client communication
• Assist with listing prep, light staging, and vendor coordination
• Manage photo/video shoots and perform weekly vacant-property checks
• Set up, host, and follow up on open houses
• Support lead generation and CRM follow-up across all lead types
• Capture and post social media content; assist with ads
• Prepare buyer packets and listing materials
• Attend inspections, appraisals, and contractor appointments
• Conduct basic market research and preview properties
• Maintain accurate CRM and clean database records
• Assist with bookkeeping (receipts, expenses, mileage)
• Help manage email inbox and organize tasks

• Active Texas Real Estate License required
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to work evenings/weekends
• Tech-savvy (MLS, Supra, CRM systems, Google Suite, Canva, social apps)
• Professional appearance and reliable vehicle

$50,000 - $97,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
