Responsibilities

  • Lead with Vision: Build and grow your own real estate business using PLACE’s proven systems for production, profitability, and scalability.
  • Recruit & Develop Talent: Attract, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing agents who align with our standards and culture.
  • Drive Production: Leverage PLACE’s lead generation, accountability systems, and coaching to maintain consistent personal and team sales growth.
  • Implement Systems: Use PLACE technology and operations support to create efficiency in marketing, lead follow-up, and transaction management.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Ensure every buyer and seller receives the highest level of service through PLACE’s streamlined processes and client care standards.
  • Focus on Growth & Profit: Learn the financial models, tracking systems, and performance metrics that create sustainable business success.
  • Commit to Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing PLACE coaching, leadership development, and mastermind opportunities to sharpen your skills and mindset.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • A proven real estate professional with a strong track record of production
  • A natural leader who’s passionate about growth, leadership, and helping others succeed
  • Entrepreneurial-minded, disciplined, and ready to take ownership of your business
  • Energized by systems, accountability, and high-performance environments

What You Need

  • Real estate license
  • 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 
  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred

Compensation

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
