Responsibilities
- Engaging with a large, rotating database of inbound real estate leads
- Asking great questions, listening for needs, and offering real solutions
- Booking qualified appointments for in-field agents or closing deals yourself
- Staying laser-focused and organized using our CRM & automation tools
- Continuously growing with sales training, mentorship, and coaching
Qualifications
- Are already licensed (or on the way)
- Don’t flinch at making 50+ calls a day
- Know how to build rapport quickly and naturally
- Thrive in a competitive, high-energy environment
- Want a system that supports your hustle and rewards your results
Compensation
$70,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
