Our team, consisting of 10 top-performing agents collaborating with PLACE, is excited to welcome 1 or 2 motivated agent partners ready to thrive with personalized mentorship and committed support.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to maximize where buyers & sellers are found
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice with the team virtually
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients with our PLACE Technology

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
