This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers, assisting with property showings, and supporting the team’s mission to exceed client expectations. Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Support agents by attending client property showings
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve client criteria
- Prepare and negotiate offers for agents and clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation (phone calls, open houses etc)
- Participate in weekly script practice and team meetings
- Attend regular coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Log all activities accurately in PLACE Technology systems

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
