Responsibilities

  • Commit to delivering unparalleled Customer Service and Results
  • Graduate from our custom Launch Program and Training
  • Execute Our Proven Lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers and Sellers; convert with signed agreements
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities to increase efficiency and success
  • Commit to 2 Social / Open House Events Monthly
  • Leverage Proven Language Patterns to convert more clients to closings.
  • Invest in your success through practice and Training
  • Participate in Team Activities and Community Outreach
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Communicating and creating win-win scenarios excite you. Connecting through prospecting and multi-channel lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 1+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Committed to Achieving Big Hairy Audacious Goals and Realizing the Income that go with it.

Compensation

$90,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
