• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
• Perform market analysis to remain updated on the latest real estate trends.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to comprehend their needs and preferences.
• Advertise and list properties available for sale.
• Organize property viewings and mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Keep informed about market conditions, legislative changes, and financing alternatives.

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or willingness to undergo real estate training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Valid real estate license (or willing to obtain).

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
