Responsibilities
What Winning Looks Like on Our Team:
- Complete the PLACE Launch program to lay a rock-solid foundation for your success
- Execute proven lead generation systems weekly—because conversations create closings
- Guide buyers from consultation to close—secure signed agreements and match them with the right home
- Represent sellers with confidence—market, price, and negotiate offers that maximize their returns
- Use PLACE Technology to stay organized, focused, and efficient
- Host at least two open houses per month to build momentum and increase visibility
- Turn your lead generation and prospecting into booked appointments and signed agreements
- Show up for weekly script practice to sharpen your skills and increase your conversion
- Engage in team trainings, masterminds, and culture-building activities
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our ALL Partner Call—we grow together
- Become a trusted expert by mastering pricing strategies, home prep, and marketing plans
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You’re a motivated, growth-minded sales professional with a drive to succeed and a heart to serve. You know how to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and guide people toward smart decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where lead generation, prospecting, and solution-based conversations are the norm. Objections don’t rattle you—they energize you. You’re a confident communicator who values consistency, accountability, and doing the right thing for your clients.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A collaborative, team-first mindset—you’re all in for the win
- An active real estate license or obtaining one
- Some real estate sales experience—you’ve closed a few deals and are ready for more
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A learning-based approach and desire to continuously improve
- Solid organization skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to practice scripts, dialogues, and proven systems
- Excellent time management and self-leadership
Compensation
$100,000 - $199,999 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
